This Angel only hits the gym twice a week? Heaven help us!

Victoria’s Secret supermodel Adriana Lima swore to us that her hectic, globe-trotting schedule means little time at the gym.

It also, apparently, means less time with reporters, as we spent about three hours waiting to talk to her for five minutes at Aerospace in the Meatpacking District, where she was on hand to work out on behalf of Amazonia Beverages and St. Luke Foundation for Haiti.

“It’s been hard, honestly, because I’ve been traveling so much,” the buxom 32-year-old brunette told us.

The Brazilian beauty has been taking class with her trainer, former No. 1 ranked middleweight boxer Michael (Silk) Olajide, for over 10 years.

“Even if you do a little bit, you have great results no matter what,” she said. When she’s not throwing punches with Olajide, she loves to break a sweat jumping rope.

“When you travel you can just carry a rope with you and then all you need is a space outside, anywhere, and you can jump for 10 minutes.”

But the model knows that exercise isn’t everything.

“I always like to eat healthy,” she said. “I’m a mom, I have two kids, so I have to set a great example. But I am also Brazilian so there’s a lot of Brazilian food involved too.”

Some of her favorites from back home? An okra stew and churrasco, grilled meat. And Lima wouldn’t be a good spokesperson without getting a plug in for the drink she was shilling, so she advised us to “drink extra coconut water” during the summer.

And with her home country hosting the World Cup next month, the very busy star will try to make it down south at some point to watch the games on her turf.

But when she’s not home, she’ll watch on TV no matter where she is: “I don’t know what part of the world (that’ll be) because I travel so much, so we’ll see.”

We tried to ask her how she’s doing in the wake of her divorce from Serbian basketball pro Marko Jaric, but were quickly shooed away by one of her many handlers.
